A year-end wrap up communication that used individualized and community data to give customers a deeply personalized look at their year of travel. JetBlue 2023 Mapped. Drawing inspiration from urban transit, Swiss design, and the interconnectedness of global networks, we collaborated with an illustrator from Italy, and living in Milan to bring personalized data and our unique customer storylines to life (by quite literally, animating many of them!).
