In partnership with the ADHD Possibilities Clinic, Samsung Canada launched a first-of-its-kind digital resource hub designed specifically for the neurodiverse community. The goal was to demonstrate how the SmartThings ecosystem could simplify life for an increasingly overwhelmed Gen MZ audience.
The core concept was translated into a high-fidelity design system centered on a "toggle-based" UX—an adaptive, crafted visual language that responded to the specific sensory needs of users with ADHD. By prioritizing intentional product design and inclusive UX, we transformed a standard resource site into a tool that mirrored the product’s utility.
The design successfully reduced cognitive load for users while driving a massive 81% increase in Samsung’s "Proud to Own" brand sentiment.
